A slow Vinyasa class, in which movement connects with the breath. You will build inner heat, cultivate breath awareness and move mindfully through postures. Renew is a creatively sequenced basic class concentrating on more instruction and emphasis on foundation postures and correct alignment. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace. Great for beginners, options will be provided for intermediate and advanced students. ALL LEVELS are welcome to join this fun, energizing class.
Restorative yoga is designed to help restore, renew, heal and reignite. (i.e. release stress & relax deeply). Allow the body, mind and heart to unwind. Expect a quite practice, the use many props to support the body and longer holds in specific poses. Meditation and breath are also key elements of this class. ALL LEVELS welcomed and encouraged.

Students will move quickly & often building strength, balance & flexibility while cleansing the body and calming the mind. A gentle class of yoga postures at a slower pace allowing for proper alignment to melt away tensions and stress leaving you feeling calm, balanced, yet energized. Mellow Flow focuses on the breath, foundational alignment in postures & ease of movement. Slower moving & great for beginners, the over-stressed worker, those with a doctor’s release from injury, or those with imitations.
HOT yoga! Sparked Flow will be the RENEW class w/ options to modify or advance your practice in a heated room. You will sweat – a lot. You will leave feeling wrung out and rejuvenated! .
